By entering and using the studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the session are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule.

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session may reschedule subject to a 50% rebooking fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Use of Space
The studio, furniture, props, and equipment must be treated with care at all times. The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or breakages caused by themselves or their team during the booking.

Cleanliness
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee may be applied.

Restricted Materials
Sand, soil, clay, paint, glitter, liquids, or any messy materials are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Any unapproved use of such materials may result in additional charges or termination of the session.

Alcohol & Conduct
Alcohol is not permitted in the studio. This is a professional working environment, and respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Any behaviour that risks damage to the space or disrupts others may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Time & Overtime
Setup and pack-down are included within your booked session time. All guests must arrive and leave within the scheduled booking. Overtime may be charged and is subject to availability.

Safety
Open flames, smoke, candles, or fire effects are strictly prohibited.
Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Animals are only permitted with prior written approval.

Personal Belongings
The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, props, or equipment brought onto the premises.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Use
The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session if these terms are breached.
